Ömer, is a partner of the firm and brings more than 15 years of extensive legal experience to Mirze/Rençber. Before the establishment of the firm, he developed his expertise at leading law firms and an international bank based in Istanbul, with a strong focus on foreign investments.
His practice spans a wide range of legal areas, including corporate and commercial law, capital markets, competition law, energy law, banking and finance, and dispute resolution. Ömer is also an accredited mediator, combining legal insight with effective negotiation and conflict management skills.
