• Representation in Local Courts: We represent our clients in all first instance, regional courthouses and high courts in Turkey on issues such as commercial cases, contractual disputes, compensation claims, receivables collection, bankruptcy and composition processes.
• National and International Arbitration: We represent our clients in arbitration proceedings conducted under the leading arbitration institutions and rules such as the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and UNCITRAL rules. We carry out the preparation of arbitration conditions, selection of arbitration boards, preparation of petitions and defense processes in hearings.
